Contribuiți la feedbackI genuinely love KFC—there's nothing quite like it—but the Tipton location needs major improvements to reach the standards found at other locations. We also visited the KFC in Kokomo, and it was excellent. It seems like the right people may not be in the right roles at Tipton; perhaps the staff there could benefit from learning best practices from their colleagues in Kokomo.
