Little Caesars Pizza - Tinley Park

The restaurant never answers the phone. If you use their app to place an order, you might just waste your money because if they happen to be closed when they shouldn't be, you'll be left without your food and won't get a refund either.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed an online order and arrived about 30 minutes later. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter, despite hearing people talking in the kitchen. I waited patiently, watching several other customers come in and leave without being attended to. After about 15 minutes, I started trying to get the attention of the staff in the back, but still no one showed up at the counter. Finally, after around 20 minutes, someone appeared, asked for my name, and told me it would be a few more minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I finally received my food. During my lengthy wait, I noticed about five other customers come in and leave due to the lack of service at the counter.

Terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an online order and my card was charged. When I arrived, the doors were locked and there was a paper sign on the door saying they were closed. The phone lines were down, and customer service was unavailable when I tried to call. Very disappointing!

The order was made wrong. there weren't a couple of dinge on camps, but there's nothing to say. rude staff and I were just polite. I wouldn't answer the phone so my pizza can be restored. immediately hanged at the first time I called and the second time that they just didn't answer and after 10 minutes I gave up. I'll take my money somewhere else. this place and the personal can enter stones.

Place is better than before. Only reason I gave 3 instead of 4 stars is my order is never in the pizza portal even when I get the notification for the order is ready with to release code,, and I always have to wait in line
