Buffalo Wild Wings - Tinley Park

Been quite a bit since hitting up BWW. Wanted to do something different. Tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Delicious. Also got our favorite fried pickles and loving the new batter. Not sure how long ago that changed but it was yummy. Our waitress was awesome, too.

Service was good, just slow. Took a long time for our food to get to our table and we all ordered wings. Waited for our checks for a while since the waitress was trying to clean the restaurant for closing.

Excellent customer service today and the food was fresh, hot, packaged carefully upon arrival. I work front desk and this was just what i needed without leaving out for lunch. Thank you.

I had a large order that included not only 1 order but 2. Billy made sure I received everything ordered to avoid headaches and was very friendly in the process. This is the type of service people look for when going out to eat or ordering out. Definitely an example of how clients should be treated. This is coming from someone who also works in the customer service work field.

Wings are great at this location. Service was ok, I felt like asking for more than one ranch for my twenty wings and asking to fix my check for the bogo wings felt like a burden on my server. Other than that the place was decent.
