Sleepy Lagoon Hotel - Tin Can Bay

We have eaten here at lunchtime as we had a nice meal here in the april. ordered garlic bread, steak medium/good made and salmon. Garlauchbrot was beautiful, although the young waitress could not walk the 10 feet to our table to deliver it. the main meal arrived and the chips on both plates looked out and lubricated as if they had been sitting in a warming tablet for an hour. the steak was extremely rare, so I took it back and asked for medium/good as ordered. the steak was returned after the other was completed without apologies. the outside of the steak was moderate and well done so that I was able to eat half a dozen bites, but the center was extremely rare and unusable. too expensive to leave half a meal on the plate. very disappointed! will not go back.

Tcb is a big “faster” place for a few days real relaxation. sleepy lagoon offers a good hospitality and excellent accommodation. the tin can bay coffee shop makes best cheese ham toasties ever!

That would have to be what I've ever experienced. the restaurant was mostly empty and it still managed to take the staff an hour and 20 minutes to bring us our 3 meal times, of which two consisted of salates! we sat and saw our meal times on the server cold and dry as the two young girls who were supposed to be sworn and worn on each other. only one of the meal times was passable, the two salads were below average for the price. Even after the personal realized that we had waited for meals that had been sitting for 20 minutes, we were not yet offered a refund. other males were also drunk and unruly, really disappointing experience

The service at this restaurant was awful. We were attended to by unfriendly and inexperienced teenagers. The food was bland and expensive, and we had to wait an hour for our meal, which sat on the service counter the entire time. I could even see the waitresses whispering and swearing to each other. Overall, this was the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

I have visited this restaurant before and will definitely come back again. The management and staff are attentive and always available when needed. This pub has a charming old-fashioned style, and the restaurant offers high-quality food at affordable prices. Local artists provide entertainment on weekends, which brings the community together, and it's free to enjoy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and relax. Additionally, you can stay in the reasonably priced backpacker accommodation upstairs.
