McDonald's - Timmins

I have had multiple negative experiences when ordering from McDonald's located at 1875 Riverside Dr in Timmins. The staff consistently ignores my order and serves me whatever they want me to have, rather than what I actually ordered. I have had to request a refund on one occasion (order number 180, store number 40120), and as a result, I have decided not to return to McDonald's. I will not be going back.

I have to give McDonald's a lower rating due to the lack of staff. The wait times inside are becoming longer, almost as if I were dining at a sit-down restaurant for lunch. Additionally, the drink and napkin area was in terrible condition, with no supplies stocked and covered in sticky, dried ketchup and soda spills.

I can't believe how much of a disappointment McDonald's on Algonquin has become. No matter how many people are behind you in the drive-thru in the morning, they make you park and wait 15-20 minutes so they can bring out multiple orders for everyone they make park. I decided to go through the drive-thru and they still made me wait. This place is terrible now, I recommend going to Wendy's instead, they would never make you park for 20 minutes.

One if the staff members is really bad. They are ignoring customer's and not responding. Bad customer service.

Worst service ever. The food took forever to be served. How is this even fast food? They need better quality employees.
