Fusion Restaurant, Cafe Bar

Very impressed. We were the last people in and they were just ready to shut up for the evening but were still happy to serve us. We had meals off the light menu which were exactly the size portions we needed. Still pretty substantial. Gurnard in batter was cooked beautifully, lovely apple slaw to accompany. My partners chowder was delightfully creamy. Will definitely return again and try out some other dishes on the menu.

Initially felt unwelcome because one of us was a child, definitely not a child friendly vibe. I dislike being judged as my son is very accustomed to dining out and is always respectful and well behaved. Despite this, the salad and iced Choc were delicious and the service prompt.

Had a great time with the family at the BayHill Bar! It was an impromptu stop and it was a great choice. The sliders and chips were really delicious and the ice chocolate was amazing. Definitely a stop in Timaru for. 5 stars

I had a crispy squid and that was so good. I feel I have to go back to Timaru for my meal. And I came back to Timaru for crispy squid, but the menu was changed. Squid was fine, but can not crispy squid beat and squid is snack menu

Great meal at a decent price and great staff! Absolute love always comes back here!
