Monical's Pizza - Tilton

Waited over an hour for our food. What a disappointment. $30.00 and we were hungry. Pizza was tiny and cheap. Chicken wings awful. The saving grace was the antipasto salad and even that was substandard. Eat some where else or go hungry.

My wife loves Monicals and whenever we are in town we visit for great salad (it always tastes better than anywhere else) and the thinnest crust pizza I've ever found. Always good to the last piece.

My wife and I stayed in a hotel in Danville. We arrived late and just wanted to order a pizza for dinner. The lady at the front desk recommended Monical 's pizza. She stated it was the only one she would recommend. I hate to be harsh, but if this is the best pizza in Danville, I feel sorry for the population. The pizza was okay but by no means was this a great pizza. We ordered the pan pizza, half pepperoni/half sausage. The toppings were fine. I think there could have been more. I liked the cheese and the sauce. I thought the crust was rather bland. The biggest disappointment were the rollies, a pepperoni appetizer. The three we got were rock hard. Not sure what they are supposed to be like but I doubt this was it. The whole process was a bit strange. They did not take my wife 's name or our room number when we called in. She called back to give the information. When the delivery driver arrived, he called to ask what room. We told him 131. He said, Not 220? I repeated room 131. It seemed to take a moment for him to comprehend. He asked what we ordered. Eventually, he came to our door. He was very nice. Just seemed like they did not have their act together. Maybe we caught Monical 's on a bad day. I don 't know. I know that our experience was less than stellar. I hope yours is better.

It took forever to get my pizza. The delivery comes right to the hotel I was staying at but I waited over an hour for my order. Way to long!

Great pizza. Always good food here. They make changes to the menu to make sure you are happy, like changing the alfredo sauce to marinara. That makes a difference.
