Green Ginger - Tilton

My wife and I went for lunch here recently,,,, lunch specials. The beef and broccoli was great, beef was tender and the broccoli was bright green and fresh. The Kung Pao Chicken was top notch. The fried rice had a nice flavor, it was not overly salty when too much soy sauce is used). The hot and sour soup is fantastic,, nice balance of vinegar and spice. The service was great, our waiter was an easygoing young man and was always smiling. This was our first visit here and we are definitely going back. Fantastic value for lunch!

We really like this place. When we get that I 'm in the mood for Chinese food feeling, Green Ginger is the first place we think of. It 's a welcoming place... large, nice looking restaurant. They have a big menu, including sushi. (I 've had the sushi and it 's GOOD). But if you 're looking for the Chinese staples, you will not be disappointed. FOOD: Delicious and filling! Great portions. I 've tried a few of their menu items, and I 've pretty much always been more than happy. Just one exception their fried rice isn 't my fave. I don 't know what it is. It always tastes different from other Chinese places, and I can 't figure it out. It 's not terrible, but I personally don 't like it. SERVICE: We are always pleased with the service; they 're quick to seat you, get your order, and the food comes out fast. Great staff all around. PRICE: Usually comes to about $50 for two of us, which includes an appetizer, soda, and our main dishes. Reasonable! I recommend this place. Parking: Huge parking lot at the end of a plaza.
