I called in my order so I wouldn't have to wait long. I paid and waited waited waited waited, finally I asked where is my order...ohhhh yeah, sorry about that. Food was still a little warm. I went to concord and machester location last week with bus group They prepared well and so kind and welcomes groups but this location seems like they dont want us to come to their store and i asked for toppings on burger and pre paid whole order but when i got there, they put all toppings on side and later some people couldnt get toppings and i asked more but they said they cant give more. So i threw away 8 burgers with pattie only and i bought extra 8 more burgers . Worst service ever
