Thai House - Tilton Northfield

What a delightful surprise! I stumbled upon this Thai restaurant while heading back to Boston from Quebec, not expecting much from a place located in a strip mall off the highway in Tilton, New Hampshire. To my amazement, it turned out to be an incredibly delicious meal! We enjoyed the chicken satay, laab gai, pad kra pao, and red curry, all ordered spicy, and every dish was fantastic! I’m quite particular about my Thai food, preferring it to be authentically fiery – like lava! – and this restaurant truly delivered. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area. And be sure to finish your meal with some black sticky rice and custard; it's a must-try!

The food was quite impressive. We ordered the tom yum soup, spicy pad Thai, chicken fried rice, crab rangoons, and the Kings rice for dessert. Everything was delicious!

My husband and I decided to stop by on our way home from a weekend at the lake. I felt a bit unsure as we walked in—it was quiet and the decor was quite basic with only a few tables. We started with the sampler appetizer to taste a variety of items. For our main courses, we ordered the chicken pad Thai and the drunken noodle. We were absolutely blown away! Everything was incredible! I'm still thinking about the food and can’t wait to return to try more dishes!

The food here is good, small interior and the atmosphere is plain, but the food is good. my only complaint is that they don't t do substitutions of any kind on any dish on two different occasions I asked to substitute the shrimp (whole shrimp) in a dish for just chicken and they said it couldn't be done. last time I was the only table in the place and they still couldn't accommodate the request just seems strange and not very accommodating.

I had ordered take out while traveling for work. I love Thai food so when I found this place on yelp I was excited though skeptical of trying it even though it had four stars...Tilton is a small place. It was really good; in fact I ate here twice during my 4 day work trip and probably would have been three nights but they are closed on Tuesdays. I ordered the chicken satay and chicken pad Thai first night. Then the chicken satay and yellow curry (added shrimp) the second.
