Pizza Hut Tillsonburg

The food was great, unfortunately at the arrival to get my order to the given time, it was not ready / they could not find it. I waited 15 minutes for the front counter before someone even acknowledged that I was there. I knew they saw me, but didn't say we were totally ignored at a moment. After someone finally hurt to help me that they could not find my order and told me that it would take 20 minutes. I've been waiting for more than 15 minutes since I picked up. they have thrown a box together (I have ordered the family box) and sent me away to mine. When I came home, I realized that I got the wrong pizzas and sides back. I also revived the wrong dessert. I paid a few dollars for the one I wanted, but I had been waiting for so long in the load to get the food I had to feed children. customer service is absorbent.

Forgot a few wings with my order and they tried calling multiple times, didn’t think about it, and next time she remembered me and promptly gave me a free medium pizza coupon. Amazing customer service!! And to me it’s my favourite go to fast food pizza!! Sure, there’s your mon and pops, but sometimes you just gotta savour The Hut!!!

Called and called for over an hour, eventually I drove to see what was preventing the phone from being answered.When I asked the lady why I've tried on several different days all at different times, only for no one to ever answer.....she replied she was too busy.I explained that it'd be impossible because she's not answering the phone to take any orders.She informed me that she can't always answer the phone.I placed the order for my pizza, was 5 minutes late picking it up....my cell started ringing, it was her wanting to know where I was and why I wasn't on time to pick my pizza up.Hey, lady, be happy I'm answering my phone! I'm in your parking lot.Also laughed at me and asked what kind of pizza is that when I ordered my pizza without cheese.I'm thankful aylmer opened up.We no longer go to tillsonburg for any food services.McDonald's is worse than pizza hut and Harveys we didn't get our whole order.We've been using aylmer successfully for the past few months

This place is the worst. Save your time and save your money. Terrible. They are thieves. It has been a week and I am still waiting for my refund. They don't answer when I call. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Shame on you Pizza Hut. This is what happens when you ask about your refund 7 days later. I am publicly expressing my disappointment with Pizza Hut Tillsonburg and their incompetent management staff. If you can't handle criticism, you shouldn't be in the service industry.

I tried to place an order over the phone, but no one answered. The message stated that they were currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume and then disconnected. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but their phone system seemed to be malfunctioning.
