Subway - Tilbury

Ladies, please leave your bad attitudes at home. Every time I visit this restaurant, the service is unacceptable. As a customer service provider, you are expected to provide excellent service, not just direct people to read the signs.

Horrible experience tonight, both ladies had attitudes and couldn't follow simple instruction on how I wanted my sub assembled.This location is usually my favorite, but not tonight...

The sub was tasty, but unfortunately, Tammy was quite unwelcoming. However, the other staff members were friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs and an open lobby.

The food here is amazing but the customer service is AWFUL. I’ve found that every time I go there I leave in a bad mood because of the attitude I get. not the best employees to be working customer service that’s for sure.

Service is horrible. The ladies working are so rude and quick to get angry at the customer for not speaking up. Food is good but it’s subway it’s always the same. I much prefer the other location and will not return to this one. With all the negative reviews I’d hope these women would start being kinder to the customers.
