I had lentil soup that had great taste and pide... which was also delicious, but would be without egg next time because it was little too heavy. Owner is super nice and friendly, personally came to my table to see if everything was good when ever in Tijuana and feel like something else eating then Mexican food try El Turco.
I like the food, the place was a house, and then turned into a restaurant, menu has good options and the size is algo good
This is a great restaurant in La Cacho area The Saturday breakfast is very good. Only from 9-1 ..a la cart. Try the HUEVOS MENEMEN in vegetables and shredded lamb with 3 eggs above. A must try.
I have a kind of mix review about the restaurant that I have eaten there many times, always to be wonderful, but last time in went the food quality was not so good, especially a product in particular, the beef cabbage, it... used to be juicy and tasteful, but this time I was served a really bad piece of meat, don't get me wrong, the call is just the excellent meat now.
This restaurant is great. I am a vegetarian and the menu had LOTS of clearly marked options for me and my partner had a leg of lamb, which was a special, and which he very much enjoyed. We shared a falafel with a lovely...yogurt sauce for an appetizer. I had an eggplant dish, which was delicious. Then we had a lovely simple dessert, the name of which I can't remember. So there is something for everyone, even some vegan options, as well as plenty of meat based dishes. The service was really good. The restaurant has a great feel and is a cozy spot. There is a little patio, which would be nice on a warm afternoon. Also, they serve a Turkish breakfast/brunch once a month which looked really interesting. Highly recommend.
