We stopped by for a quick bite while passing through Tikhvin. Everything was delicious, and the food was prepared relatively quickly. We really enjoyed it! The only downside is that the space isn't the best; the sign is quite small, so you might miss the place while just walking by!

It became clear that nothing would come quickly. Ordered a pizza in Sadko, they delivered in 30 minutes An hour later, we called again. The administrator said that our order was already on its way for 30 minutes, after another 40 minutes it arrived to us. As a result, he was on the road for more than an hour without a thermal bag, everything was already cold, and we did not take him.

Made an order the operator said the delivery time is 1 hour 50 minutes. As a result, the food delivery time was 2 hours 18 minutes, everything was brought cold. In my opinion, this is a complete lack of customer focus and quality of service.
