We really enjoy ordering from this place! The chicken is always tender and tasty. The takeout packaging is fantastic, keeping everything hot and fresh. The large portions are perfect for sharing with friends.

I have been dining at this restaurant for over five years. To be honest, I only go to the mall for Sarku. While I have experienced some inconsistent service occasionally, I find that even a place like McDonald's makes mistakes nearly every day, so it's really not a big deal here. The staff has always been friendly, and the food is generally good, with just a few misses now and then; even when it’s not perfect, it’s still decent. The shrimp could use a bit longer cooking time at times. I was worried that this place might close for good during the pandemic, but thankfully they have survived!

I completely love this restaurant! They prepare my meals beautifully, and I always have leftovers to enjoy later.

I went to this restaurant on a Saturday, and the wait moved quickly. The food was tasty, so I’m puzzled by the negative reviews. The portion sizes are reasonable for the price; the photo shows my plate of chicken teriyaki, half-finished. The staff member I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. If you need extra sauce, just ask! This is definitely a great place to get a meal when you're hungry.
