Northside Cafe - Tifton

I absolutely love this restaurant! My husband introduced me to it during our lunch outing, and I've been coming back ever since! You definitely have to try the tomato cake—it's amazing! The staff is really friendly, and the service is quick.

Home-Cooked Goodness! I spent a few weeks in the area and visited Northside Cafe twice. They serve authentic Southern food that feels like it came straight from a home kitchen. Their sausage gravy and biscuits are outstanding. The rich, white gravy is generously poured over fluffy biscuits – simply delicious! The menu is quite straightforward, with a few options that change daily, while some items are available every day. It's an ideal spot for a meat-and-two-sides lunch. Don’t miss the pineapple casserole; it’s like a blend of pineapple cobbler with a crispy cheese crust. It might sound unusual, but the combination of savory and sweet is fantastic. I tried it for the first time and seriously considered ordering a second helping, but I was too full from my meal. The staff here is also incredibly friendly. The servers frequently check in to see if we need anything or ask about our meals.

Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My only issue is that the parking lot could use some improvement. I took some photos of our meal, and I highly recommend the cookies and gravy as well as the breakfast sandwich. My son loved the short stack. They had painted books for entertainment, but the food arrived so quickly that my son didn't even have time to dive into them!

Best breakfast hole-in-the-wall in town. We've lived here over 3 years now and just learned of this place. Our kids loved it and the staff is so friendly. She remembered our face and our food orders the next time we came in! Highly recommended!
