The food was 45 min before it hit the table. the command was wrong. another 20min to remake. asked for water from two different waiter .did not get. I had to get my own plastic meds. no apologies for it. will never go back.

The first waitress is so rude. we mentioned much more wet and you can see what we have. When we asked the waitress for the second time when ordering food on extra wet, she was insulted. no longer back to this box

I ordered the chicken sluice and it had only 2 very tiny pieces of chicken in one half of the pack and 3 tiny pieces in the other half when I say tiny I mean like the size of a bean. I was very disappointed. the waitress was not kind at all, she never checked for us, she had to ask for different dressing because of the ranch I tasted like pure acid cream. I gave a 3 stars because the people I had with their food was good, they have hamburger.

Stopped at BWW on the way to Talledega. Katie was our server. She was very nice and soft spoken. Food was warm and good but came out all separately, which we thought was a little strange. Restaurant was clean.

Normally service and food is as expected for a sports bar and grill joint. Good and at times decent. This last visit on Thursday May 5th, 2022 was pretty disappointing though. I ordered two separate orders of wings. 10 boneless Buffalo for my husband and 10 boneless mango habanero for myself. I ordered two separate orders for a reason; my husband can't stand the taste of mango habanero. When I pick up my food all 20 wings are combined into one plain to-go box. Again if I wanted them mixed I would have ordered a mix of 20 wings but I ordered two completely separate orders. Not the first bad experience I've had at this location it just seems to have been going downhill like many other restaurants in the area.
