The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The manager, "Rambo Rachel," was rude and seemed to be under the influence of something.

I had a good meal at this restaurant, but there were some concerns. It was very busy, so there was a bit of a wait. My biggest issue was the lack of masks - both in the kitchen where the staff were working closely together, and with many customers not wearing masks as they came through the restaurant. This made me uncomfortable and I worry about the staff's hygiene practices. It has made me hesitant to dine here again in the future. Can I trust them to properly wash their hands if they can't even wear masks?

It's Arby's, likely you have had it before. Typical for any fast food, you don't go for the presentation. Overall it was good. I had the brisket sandwich and even for that it was a little on the fatty side. But it's fast food brisket so what could I ask for. It still tasted as it should and was good.

Asst Manager was friendly and made us feel sincerely welcomed. Service was quick. Food good and seating area was cleaned.
