Dunkin' - Tiffin

I absolutely love Dunkin'! The drinks are fantastic, and even though they are often quite busy, they consistently prepare my orders exactly how I like them and do so in a timely manner.

I always place my order in advance, but for some reason, it's never ready when I arrive. I understand they've recently reopened, but they usually have a full staff on hand. However, the drive-thru line wraps around the building, and the inside is always crowded. Most of the time, I find myself having to inquire about my order before they even start making it.

Don't anticipate good service at this place. If you see a larger girl working with earbuds in, my advice is to leave. She's the absolute worst. Today, a full store watched her throw several boxes of donuts onto the counter with a bad attitude, nearly causing one to fall off while she just walked away. They also deliberately ignored mobile orders, even when the receipts printed out right in front of them. There were easily 10 to 15 orders waiting, plus numerous DoorDash drivers inside. Their service is simply terrible.

I waited 25 minutes for a drink in the drive-thru, and due to the design, there’s no way to leave the line early (which would have been necessary if I needed to get back to work). If this were a one-time issue, I could overlook it, but it’s not. I've experienced this during my last several visits, whether in the drive-thru or when ordering carry-out. The food is one thing, but waiting that long just for a drink is unacceptable. I'm sorry, but I can't overlook it.

The person taking orders at the window was quite rude. He interrupted my girlfriend while she was trying to finish our order by giving us the total. When we received our drinks, mine wasn't even mixed properly, and he almost forgot to include the straws. They really need to improve their service!
