Burger King - Tiffin

The drink area was dirty and machines where out of ice. Sandwiches all had so much ketchup and mayo on them it squeezed out all over when you ate it, fries tasted as though the oil was dirty they were even a dark brown instead of little golden brown in color. The staff at the main counter was standing around talking to a friend instead of asking to take orders while 3 other staff members were on break the entire 45mins we were in the store. The floor also was in need of attention. I could see the drink machines needing ice and dirty if it was busy in the restaurant, but there was only one other family there and it was after 3pm. Staff should not be on break if things need to be done so that the restaurant is in a clean and neat order for your customers. I had to ask someone for ice, I informed them that machines were empty, she told me they make their own ice but I heard someone tell her they don't they need filled. Don't think I will be eating there anytime in the future.
