Lovely place but very dated...we had my mothers wake there and the food was lovely. Staff were attentive. Food drinks: Drinks a little expensive but to be expected from a hotel, food was nicely presented and very fresh. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet

Noteworthy details: Could do with a meber of staff at a desk instead of searching for help off staff all the time. Who ever the gentleman was seems very rude and unhelpfull. When you pick your keys up he don't speak just demands bank card for extra £20 I'm sure cleaning the room after we left is in with cost of the room .you really need to improve on your welcoming of your clients when they turn up with a smile no matter what mood he's in ,happy to come and train them Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view

Tired is the best way to describe this hotel. In need of TLC. Bathroom had cracked and loose tiles. The bathtub was cracked and patched. The toilet stubbornly refused to flush. To charge my laptop I had to unplug the table lamp. No outlets I could find close to the bed. I arrived too late to have dinner and a drink. Wi-Fi has a good signal and great bandwidth. It been years since I stayed at a hotel with a real room key. How quaint! No lift/elevator would make access a challenge for anyone beyond the ground floor. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 3
