Ordered my food at the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and was arguing it was the right address until we told them we had CCTV and a ring doorbell, the manager said they’d send out another one which they lied as we...rang them again and he said oh where preparing it now it’s now and still no food! Shocking customer services! You’ll never receive your food!

I ordered a collection yesterday over the phone which took me minuets to order as the person was not listening. When I arrived to collect the man behind the counter was talking to me a different language and when I asked him to speak...in English as I do not speak his language he was shouting in his language throwing his arms around. Opened my order at home and was the wrong order! Phone up and was told that there is nothing they can do and cut the line. Would never order from here again!

I ordered from here as we were simply hungry one evening, and I wasn't expecting too much if I'm honest, yet as the phone was answered I was shocked and surprised at the genuine courtesy and manners of the Asian man who answered the telephone.. he was both extremely polite and helpful. His suggestion was try the Works' and I thank you for his choice, it was one of the best pizzas I have eaten in years. It contained everything and was cooked well. Thank you kindly!
