Nando's - Thurrock

I visited Nando's for the first time yesterday, 03/30/24. Initially, I was put off by the queue as I tend to be impatient when I'm hungry. However, the line moved quickly which pleased me. The restaurant was a bit small, but my seating area had enough space to move around. I wasn't a fan of the online ordering system, as I prefer traditional methods, but the food arrived at my table promptly along with the drinks. The staff was polite and only checked in with us once to see if everything was okay, which it was. The food was delicious and the portion size was perfect for me. I will definitely be returning next time I'm at Lakeside and would recommend it to others.

The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional from beginning to end, with every staff member we encountered being friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I was thoroughly impressed. The young man who greeted us (with permed hair) was especially welcoming and made everyone feel at home. This particular location should serve as an example to others on how to provide great customer service. I will definitely be returning!

The restaurant was very busy and we had to wait in line for a table. The waiter told us it would be a 20-minute wait, so we decided to get our food to go and eat outside in the food court. By the time our order was ready, people who were in front of us in line had been seated and there was another queue forming. I mentioned to the manager that if I had known it would be quick, I would have dined inside as I had a baby and a teenager with me. The manager, named Robbie, was very accommodating and found us a nice table that was suitable for a stroller. He was attentive and helpful, and the food came out quickly. The staff at the restaurant are always cheerful and polite, even though they are constantly busy. Overall, the service was fast and the staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. Robbie, the manager, deserves special recognition for his excellent customer service.

We visited the restaurant on the 17th October for my daughter’s 15th birthday. Amazing food and excellent customer service by Breanna who was so kind to offer us starters due a 35 min wait for our chicken to get cooked. She made my family feel very valued and my daughter was very happy she chose the restating for her celebration dinner.

The food was really nice but we had to ask three times after a certain item wasn’t delivered, the girl didn’t seem interested and the manager for that matter we did get a refund on the item but would have liked it with the meal not at the end ,
