Contribuiți la feedbackThe manager was rude, arrogant and loved bullying me in front of her staff as it made her feel superior after I made a complaint of how little fires were in container. She is u professional, dressed terrible for a manager dealing with public. Never never should she be working in public.
I got a poutine and it was mouthwatering good. Will be coming here more often forsure. Food is delicious and has that home made vibe to it. Staff was also super polite and fast! Well worth the visit!!
While out Christmas shopping, we needed a quick bite to eat. When we saw the sign for New York Fries, we knew it would hit the spot. The hot brown gravy, melted curds, and crispy fries were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly too. We left satisfied and happy!
This restaurant in the food court provides a small selection of food, mostly focusing on toppings for their delicious fries. The service is fast and welcoming.
During our recent visit to Thunder Bay, my wife and I made a stop at the New York Fries location in the Intercity Mall's food court to try their pulled pork poutine. Although it may not be a typical vacation dining spot, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious offering. The restaurant is located at one end of the food court, making it a bit tricky to find from certain directions. We arrived during a busy lunch rush and found the ordering process to be a bit unclear. However, once we got past the initial confusion, we were impressed with the food. The pulled pork poutine consisted of pulled pork in barbecue sauce on top of cheese curds and fries, and it was absolutely delicious. We were so impressed that we plan on recreating it at home since New York Fries locations are not available in the U.S. The total cost for both of us, including poutine and a drink, came to just over $15. Overall, we highly recommend trying this tasty twist on a Canadian classic and will definitely seek out a New York Fries location on our next trip to Canada.
