Brasserie le Fourquet - Thuir

We were several times for the lunch package (to the corner of the osteopath! . the waitress is friendly and very efficient. his old art brasserie not posh, but full of local workers with the set meal, which is varied, tasty and cost-effective....Tues was very cold and they served boeuf daube with maische or chips. tons of it, nicely cooked and warming for 9.90 euro on Mondays not open for lunch. we were 4 or 5 times and had another court every time all good. in winter do not sit too close to the front windows as everywhere else in the region too cold summer will of course be different. the toilet is not wheelchair-friendly, but I did it well on crack.

While we drove through the opposite, we stopped in thuir for lunch. unfortunately it was a holiday and few places were open. fortunately we found brasserie le fourquet and went in. it is a small place with only about 7-8 tables. it is of two. sisters and a sister in law the cooking art. two of us had the duck cover, three had salate and one had the grilled tinten fish. the food was well done and delicious. all parts were of good size. the prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. if they are in the opposite, this would be a place worth checking out.

Nous recherchions un petit restaurant pour manger un midi et avons été attirés par le menu du jour. Accueil très sympathique, service efficace et menu du jour très bon pour un prix plus que correct (10,80€ plat + dessert).Cuisine familiale qui en fait un excellent rapport qualité prix.A recommander!

Accueil et endroit très chaleureuxPrix raisonnables.Une critique néanmoins.Pas de carte de vin et pratiquement le seul (mais pas cher ) est le terrassous ☹️☹️☹️☹️comme vinasse il n'y a pas mieux !Dommage.

Resto familial tenu par de jolies sœurs, l'accueil est toujours souriant et un verre au comptoir pour l'apéritif est toujours plein de rires. En cuisine, un plat du jour fait maison, excellent, des salades énormes, des magrets ou des seiches, gambas.....l'assiette donne vraiment l'eau à la bouche et c'est un régal.Je conseille le trio seiches, gambas, moules.....La situation idéale sur la place de Thuir, lieu d'animations l'été et de marché le samedi matin toute l'année, en fait un endroit incontournable de Thuir.
