Pandari's Biriyani - Thrikkakara

Try the combo of egg biriyani and chicken fry. Usually the chicken in the chicken biriyani is too dry, hence I prefer ordering the chicken fry. The flavour and quality of basmati rice is amazing and complements the chicken fry very well. The onion salad they provide on the side adds very good flavour and juices for the otherwise slightly dry biriyani that most people seem to be complaining about.Only suggestion would be to keep consistency in quality as sometimes the rice is over cooked and sometimes the chicken fry doesn't have enough flavours. That's the reason for taking a star away, but overall the best biriyani in town.

I think the it's the best biryani in town .. I always preferred the long grain basmati rice in biryani.. tried the mutton but I recommend they source better meat coz I'm sure it would be perfect! Never had any sort of issues hope they maintain their quality and hope they keep their place clean as well.

Had the biryani from here and it was good the rice was the best part of it
