Mezzo - Thrikkakara

This place is loosing it's stature. Staff was not cooperative. Despite half of the tables being empty, Manager (at the entrance) told us to wait for 20 min assuring that table will be available. After 20 min, when I enquired again, he started behaving rudely and made a statement that he can't provide me a table and I may leave. This is totally unacceptable and constitutes to improper handling of guests. The management should look seriously into such matters and employ more educated/ trained staff.

Mezzo is situated on the ground floor of Avenue Regent. The venue is relatively small and often crowded, particularly on weekends, requiring some waiting time for a table. The food and drinks are of average quality and come at a relatively high price. The customer service is satisfactory. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2

Very average food. Very limited menu, and many items on the menu aren't available. Service is good and quick, atmosphere is just about okay. No valet available. I doubt if I'd consider visiting a second time. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 4
