Starbucks - Thousand Oaks

I go there at least twice a week. I order the same drink every single time, brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. 1 out of 5. They give me what I ordered. Literally they give me coffee with milk and a random syrup or no syrup at all. This morning I got an irish iced coffee. Very disappointing. I haven’t complained because there are a lot of people waiting in the drive thru but it has gotten ridiculous. Not sure what is going on with the baristas over there. I am just going to drive 10 more mins to go to a different Starbucks.

Carson has such a friendly and energetic attitude that even if the coffee would not be good I would still come back just to be greeted with his positive vibes.

Went there this morning, get my Starbucks as usual. Asked for no whip and caramel. They gave me whip and no caramel. I tell the girl I asked for no whip. Then she changes and still no caramel around the cup like I asked and this happened the second time within 2 days . : why did I even pay extra for it if I didn’t even get it, low key really disappointed

Drive through priority, I was the only person in line 5 min no attention
