Shake Shack Westlake Village

I love the food. The only downfall is the service is not always great. I wish the employees would be a bit more friendly at the pick up counter. Our order is always correct. Would be awesome if you offered different options as sides and not just fries.

I normally don 't go to burger joints I 'm not a fan of burgers or ground beef). However, I love their portobello mushroom 'Shroom) burgers! Very tasty with their fries and shake!

Love it, shake shack makes quality burgers that i really enjoy. Fries are crispy and fresh every time.

Delicious burger...but it was more like a kids burger or a slider than an 8.00 burger. Fries were great, but again a small portion. We had the smokehouse burger and the cherry peppers make the whole burger. Cooked perfectly. Gave a 4 simply for the portion size. I WANTED MORE!!!
