Cajun Crab Shack - Thousand Oaks

The atmosphere was non-existent, and prices were high. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall experience was disappointing and could not be redeemed. Food rating: 2/5.

This is just an average Mexican restaurant that serves frozen seafood. The service is lackluster, and overall, it didn't leave a good impression. I was tricked into trying it once, but I won't be returning. I'll take my chances with Boiling Crab or Stinkin Crawfish instead!

The prices in-store are much higher than those listed on their online menu. I just left after looking at the menu, and I genuinely believe this place won’t last long. There wasn't a single customer there. I'm sure the food is decent, but if they're as stingy with their refrigeration for seafood as they are with their prices, I wouldn't trust it. I’m definitely passing on this restaurant.

This place is amazing !! If you’re looking for a great tasting Louisiana boil this is the place !! Especially if you live in the 805. Antonio the manager provides a great service makes the best micheladas! Me and my boyfriend Highly recommend this place ! 5 starts isn’t enough I give it 10 stars

I been coming here for a couple years now it's definitely the best sea food! Best boiling crab in the area! Best micheladas! The taste on this Louisiana style boil is fire !! Highly recommend this place to friends family, the manager is great and provides awesome customer service !
