Tim Hortons - Thorold

If you're looking for a fast and friendly drive-thru experience, Tim Hortons is definitely worth checking out. During my recent visit, I was impressed by the efficient service and welcoming attitude of the staff. The order taker was very pleasant and made sure to take my order accurately and quickly. The drive-thru was speedy, and I got to the window in no time. The person at the window, Suriya or Surya (not sure about the spelling), was incredibly friendly and had a genuine smile. They even checked back on my order to make sure everything was correct. What really stood out to me was how helpful and accommodating the staff was. I had forgotten to add an item to my order, but Suriya/Surya was more than happy to help me out and serve me promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Tim Hortons for their excellent drive-thru service. With friendly and efficient staff like the ones I encountered, you're sure to have a positive experience every time. I would give them a 10/10 rating and would definitely visit again.

My go to Tim’s in the morning, when it’s too early to deal with workers getting my order wrong.

I work in construction and our shop is down the road. Honestly one of the better drive thru Tim’s in all of Niagara. Always get my order right. Only complaint was when their ice machine was down. They had a sign on the speaker box but had either blown away or blown over- couldn’t see it. Person working the window gave me my iced coffee, and it was warm, not cold. When I asked about there being no ice in the drink, he said we have no ice, we have a sign you should have seen it. Little disappointed that’s what his first response was, but asked for an iced cap instead and was charged the difference with an eye roll and an attitude as he walked away. As a former Tim’s employee, If you don’t have what someone wants/ can’t make it due to a machine malfunction, you shouldn’t be charging more. Wouldn’t have cared otherwise, but I was working in an attic for an hour with 30 degrees plus humidex- I was just trying to cool down. Other then that, pretty good service. Bad physical location (drive thru can be hard to get into sometimes) but it is what it is.

Love the dark roast coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty too.
