Pizza Pizza - Thorold

A veggie pizza ordered. really disappointed and disgusting of their customer service. contact the manager at the place; absolutely respectful and disgusting attitude towards customers; during the call I sent him the image of the pizza on the number he sent; he replied: "This is our best pizza and regular cheese; works here for a long time and knows how a big pizza looks; veggies look great; and that I have to pay xtra if I want more cheese". Now, that's by far the worst pizza I had for years! cheese missing between the entire pizza; kissed just thrown into one point. teig tasted raw! horrible presentation and taste! will never order from this place!

I dont know what to say today. I was there on new year to grab five pizza's. They ask us to wait about 20-25 min. No issue with their service. All good.One incident i want to describe that make you feel ashamed. I had some friends as my sisters with me too. Who wants to use washroom. I used washroom already. when my sisters turn comes up. That guy was become aggressive on us. He said it is closing time. Please leave this place right now. I requested him, my sister's are with us. She cant use washroom anywhere else in this night time. It is an emergency. He refused and shout on us. He literally said you guys are enjoying the new year and i am working, why should i help. I am not gonna allow anyone after that!. Even, we were already inside the store and our pizzas were not ready yet. His voice was still loud on us. I was thinking to call cops. But my family were with me. I didn't wanted to waste my precious time.Good part is, two girls employees named shamma and veerpal were observing everything. They ask me to get my sisters inside to use washroom with gratitude and apology on his basis. But that guy still didn't left his useless attitude and he left the counter. I don't know the name of that guy. But i hope you guys know your employees better than me and you will find it.So, the border line is atleast teach a lesson to that guy that humanity is thing which should be exist in the behavior. And avoid these cheap things in future. He was literally trying to harassing my sisters.Never gonna come here again.Once again big salute to shamma and veerpal??

The pizza is good and the service was amazing!Would love to have the jalapeño poppers back! And if the chicken was halal that would be amazing!

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday November 6 for my grandchildren’s birthday. If I could give this a zero I would. The crusts were paper thin, it was less than normal sauce and toppings and it looked like a five year old cut it. We had to pull it apart. I was embarrassed to give it to them but pizza was the plan. Almost thirty dollars wasted. So very disappointed.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY!! All they want is to steal your money and give you below standard food, look at the poorly sprinkled cheese on the garlic bread… this is a joke of a company. Called customer service and they practically spit in my face telling me that for my $25 order they can offer me a $9 credit. Stay away no point in wasting your money or time with them.
