Kelseys Original Roadhouse - Thorold

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely and inviting. We sat outside on the terrace, which was great. The only downside was the loud music, making it difficult to have a conversation at our table. The service was good, and the prices were reasonable. The location is excellent, right on the main strip and close to everything.

On our first visit, we had a table outside, but it was a bit chilly. The staff kindly accommodated us by moving us inside to a standing table. The atmosphere was great; my family was happy, and I didn't hear any complaints from anyone, which is a plus in my book. Our server was attentive and friendly. This was our first enjoyable meal since arriving, and it really stood out. I won't go into detail about our previous night elsewhere, but overall, it was a good experience.

The quality of the food options in Niagara is somewhat disappointing. While this restaurant is above the local average, the burger I ordered was subpar and could have been improved. On the other hand, the salad and fish and chips were quite good. The location is excellent, and the service was satisfactory.

Great time for a few desserts while outside with the family. the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. our order was immediately brought to the table.

The meal was great. I wasn't sure base on other negative review but my $23.99 chicken meal was full to the rim and I was satisfied. The price were reasonable unlike other restaurants where tip and tiff are mandatory. The service crew were accommodating. Expect it will be crowded pass 8pm and you had to wait in line. I could have given them a 4.5 star
