Hoops Sports Grill - Thorold

We just went there for the Super Bowl 2019. 1/3 part of giant HD screen behind the bar counter is broken. The projector monitor at the back wasn't HD, bright enough or didn't even have the correct screen ratio. TVs are everywhere which could be nice, but turns out that all of them are not HD, plus there were just too many. Way too bright. My eyes got so sore, and still are sore two days later. Domestic draught pitchers were $22. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Pizza was excellent. Fries were very salty.

I ordered the spicy chicken nachos. Really just pepper on some chicken. Not spicy at all. The tortillas chips were burnt. Also should have an option for just regular tortillas chips not tri colored. The salsa tasted like marinara sauce. Too sweet. The jalapeño were the only good thing on these chips. The packaging was good. I like that it came in a box. I ordered chicken wings. Also sweet not the spicy medium I expected. The ranch was also sweet. Tasted like it could be frosting. The fries could have been seasoned more. They were just different lengths of potato. I requested two flavors of wings. Only got one. Uber eats needs more options because next time I'd rather just walk somewhere.

Went to The Niagara Falls location for wings today. I 've been previously with friends on our movie nights. Wings were overdone and dried out. I mentioned to server and she apologized. When she brought the bill she said I told him about your concern. At least the fries and pop were Ok. Glad I wasn 't with a guest (s), I would have been totally embarrassed .I don 't usually write reviews. I know it 's 1/2 price wing day, but , Really??? 2 lbs of waste. All I can say is YUCK !!

WORST FOOD IN THE NIAGARA REGION. After many horrible experiences at hoops this is the last straw. My girlfriend ordered a steak on the night of the 16th of November that tasted and smelled like rotting trash. It was brought back to the restaurant on the 17th after taking it home to show family. The staff working at the time of 4:30 was nothing more than rude and awful to speak to about the issue. Especially the hostess, kitchen staff and kitchen manager. This is a horrible rotten and un enjoyable place to go eat In Niagara Falls. I cannot stress it enough DO NOT EAT AT HOOPS. You will regret it or better yet get served a rotten piece of meat.

Went here last night for dinner. The waitress came and while she was taking our orders. My bf was asking her questions about the dish he was thinking of getting and she has this annoying stop with the questions and order already face! Our orders came, and we asked her ask for the remote so we can switch the channels on our booth TV... she never came back at all... never asked how our foods were.. or if we need any drinks refills... until we were done eating...and totally forgot about the remote! She came back and tossed the bill on our table and wanted us to pay RIGHT AWAY!! Didnt even bother offer us the dessert menu! PS. Half of tHE FRIES with my Fish n Chips were burnt!!! I couldve asked for it to get changed but the waitress is M.I.A!!!
