Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Thornton

I went to this Popeyes and they forgot two items from my order. I called and asked them to refund my money. Estrella said she'd have her manager call me. They never called. I called and asked again for a refund. They said a manager would call me. They never called. I called a third time and they said I'd have to come back in the store to process a refund. This place is a joke. Just refund my money for the items you didn't give me!!

Service was fine were find. My husband placed our order via the drive-thru. He arrived home with our food only to realize we were missing a combo meal and the other 2 combos were wrong! My husband and my mom started eating their food it was cold, soggy and no flavor. It was not worth driving back to get the missing meal or hot food.

Service was good, food was horrible. I never had bad food from there before but this time my chicken was dry, like it was reheated in the microwave, chewy,tough m, stale and not fresh at all. unfortunately I ordered through the drive thru and tried to eat at home. I won't go back even to return the food, very disappointed!

Picked up food for my family. On my way home from work. Had to double check my order as they got it wrong out of the window. Proceeded to get home only to find the quality of the food so substandard that my family could not chew it. Called up asking for a refund so that I may go elsewhere and was told I needed to drive all the way back to the store to make it right. Drove all the way back to. The store was treated very poorly and given very poor compensation for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this place to anybody ever.

One of my favorite places whenever I'm in Colorado is on my way to travel, good service and very friendly
