Dunkin' - Thornton Township

Reckless customer service. Probably donuts are spoiled, hard like biscuits and tasted really bad… ordered assorted box and half of them are just sugar ones… utterly disappointed.

Food is excellent and fresh to cook customer service is beyond exceptional ask for the manger Harry if any problems or questions

These guys are very cheap with the napkins and for some damn reasons.. the products are never protected from insects flies. The waffle cones stay stale, and most of the time, my ice coffee is nothing but ice. I will be calling the health food inspector if any mismanaged food product is handed to me again.

Indian guy wit the red dot on his forehead very rude nasty attitude dont go to this Dunkin Donuts keep your money the coffee is nasty the service is terrible cant speak a lick of English the food is horrible

Terrible service the guy gave me such a nasty attitude bc I told him that the coffee didn’t have cold foam. He was charging me for it, so why get mad?? The munchkins taste like they were there for days.
