I ordered but because I have a stutter, they laughed and gave me a very rude attitude. The Starbucks in the library opens at 8, the 2 women were joking around and didn’t prepare anything. They told me they were closed at 8:10am.. then I said it was 8 and then they opened up. What the

I requested for them to remove cheese off my sandwich and they said they couldn’t do so. mind you the sandwich is frozen, so its easy to remove the cheese before putting it in the oven. I believe they were being lazy.

Always out of the popular drinks and food. They also don't update the menu of what they are out of, so you waste 20 mins in the line. Closes randomly during the day. Employees are rude. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays which is inconvenient. Doesn't accept apple pay, Starbucks gift cards, or rewards. This place totally sucks.

I asked the young lady do I order here and she understood me I said it very politely. She didn’t ask my name and made me repeat myself over 3 times while she laughed at me. They made me wait on purpose before they took my order 10 min and when she came over I’m front of the line 2 more guests behind me and says smiling did you still need something I just told her my order they put my iced coffee didn’t even tell me it’s there walking around whispering to each other made me feel very low
