FOOD POISONING WARNING DO NOT EAT AT THE KIOSKMY WIFE BOUGHT A PRETZEL DOG THERE THAT GAVE HER A TERRIBLE CASE OF FOOD POISONING! THE BLAME HAS TO BE ON THE STAFF FOR NOT HAVING A SUITABLE CLEANED AREA AND UNCLEAN FOOD PREP PRACTICES! I REALLY WANT TO GIVE THEM -5 STARS FOR WHAT HAD ACCURED! SO PLEASE DO NOT EAT THERE!

It was so bad, they didn’t put enough cinnamon. it was no where near as good as the mall ones. don’t not recommend this is an absolute 0

I absolutely love pretzels but recently my experience at the Auntie Anne’s in Towson Town Center has not been a favorable one. When they launched the rewards program I was super excited until I realized this specific location often refused to scan the app to give me points or would wait until the end of the transaction (after I’ve paid and been given a receipt) to scan my phone and I wouldn’t receive points. During my visit earlier this week I wouldn’t leave until they could show points were collected. the young lady working seemed very annoyed with me and refused to help.

I need a refund, the pretzel was horrible but on top of that a women named Michelle c via receipt had the worst and by far the most disgusting customer service I’ve seen. She was on her phone during the whole transaction, and when I told her that wasn’t very professional she said she didn’t care. Overall her attitude was alarming to say the least… 1 star isn’t even deserved
