Pho Bistro - Thornhill

I was thrilled to try this viet restaurant. it was close to home and the reviews are great. but I hate to give him a star. the service was slow and they tried to give us a court that we did not even order. one of the courts my partner ordered, the sweet was so big and so hard to bite. it was just bland broth with big size broccoli and bokchoy and huh that was too big to bite. I wonder why they don't bite the pieces more? pieces. we ordered it with a side rice that never came, even if we asked for it again. the special drink we ordered was only full of ice. so sad to say the taste was not authentic at all.

Great quality pho at the northern end of the city. compares with others in the region. also has a really nice covered terrace. I personally thought the vermicelli was a Ted level. drinks are good, the icy HK-mile was very refreshing.

I wanted to try. beautiful facade outside and they have picnic benches for outside seats. in the interior of the place has more parter, the seats could use some re upholstery. now eat that. we ordered their spring rolls, mangosalat, the house special pho, rare bark meat and meatballpho and a seafood pad thai. jumping very well. comes with plucked vegetables and diving sauce. mango salat overpriced. the phobic needs a little more season. the trip was overcooked and also the noodles. yes, they can add more seasoning (provided on each table), but the broth should be quite spiced. the tamponthai noodles were also the same, overcooked. probably because it is the wrong type of noodles. customer service that I give 2. I'm generous, would I come back?

I don't usually leave any rating, but I would never recommend this location for everyone. the service was very bad, all server talking to each other while serving the guests. okay, good, service whatever, as long as the food is delicious. I ordered fried rice, rinderhospass and pho. everything was under the season, fried rice was not at all stir fried, and ho fun nudel was too boiled, you can't even get a real long nudel. I liked this place, now no more. very unimpressed

70% of the mango is unripe, can’t chew, tastes bland. Upsetting that the server looked annoyed and told me everyone eats it like that. Sometimes it’s never ripe she says. On the second mention, she grabs it and takes it in the kitchen to come out with a new one but commenting how that’s how their mango salads are. The ends were green… we had to spit them out. NO. My poor daughter was forcing it down until I stopped her. Then suddenly I smell rotten garbage. I love Durian so familiar with strong scents but that was awful smell, I almost threw up. Ran out the restaurant as soon as I paid the bills.
