Hungry Howie's Pizza - Thonotosassa

They are curiously friendly and always have my food exactly as I like it every time. The delivery guys are beautiful and polite

I woke up after the first day of Hurricane Ian, and I encountered a very rude short man wearing glasses and a cap. He looked at me and asked, "Did you place an order?" I replied that I hadn't. Then he responded back to us in an unprofessional manner. It's understandable if they had to close early (at 3:45), but his treatment of a customer was utterly unacceptable and far from normal customer service.

I usually get delivery, my only option in the bustling metropolis of Thonotosassa Florida, so I am even more glad that they usually deliver in less than 30 minutes, always earlier than they say, and order was never wrong g or not delicious. Kudos to the delivery team! If you tap 15% or more, they will remember you!

What happened? Food was excellent now food is terrible! Ordered 3 large pizzas a side of red brown olives. All three pizza doughs didn't get up! Flat as a piece of paper and tasted like cardboard! the ends of the pizza became hard as a rock. I know if I complain to them that no one is interested in replacing food. So my only alternative is to publish a bad review. Won? Never ordered anything again. As a rule, the McIntosh store certainly didn't expect a flat dough? $40 wasted.

I ordered the chicken wings, and felt guilty eating them because they where the size if a BABY CHICKEN, or pigeon, tasted old and frozen. Dominos here i come
