Burger King - Thonotosassa

I stopped at the drive thru and got lunch and the girl at the window acted as if she did not want to be bothered. The double cheeseburger that I ordered was so small I felt like I was eating a slider and thought why only 1 slider. Just based on the service I would not recommend this place.

Never a good experience at this restaurant. Get told the ice cream machine is broke while management makes herself a cup of vanilla. Today's order was something quick because my wife had just got out of the hospital. 2 Whopper Jr . One only mayo and lettuce , one no ketchup add mustard . And large onion rings . Wanted a strawberry shake but ... It's being cleaned for the night at 7:30pm . Shocker . Upon arrival at the first window I pay in cash and the cashier asked me to wait until I pull up to the second window, coming from previous fast food experience I knew this was to keep their times down , so I play along thinking they are making me some fresh onion rings . After about 4 minutes we are given the green light and proceed to the second window where.. wait for it . The female manager is having a few bites of her sandwich prior to handing us our food. She lets us know that zesty sauce(my fav) ketchup and napkins are in the bag . We depart and begin home . I asked my beautiful wife to grab a couple onion rings for the ride (about 1/2 mile) . I also told her to be careful they might be hot . As she feeds me the first onion ring, to my Surprise.. it's cold and soggy .. with a couple choice words in regards to this experience I proceed home . We get to our humble abode to only open our sandwiches with half green tomatoes and resembling what can only be described as what the last pack of buns would look like during a riot .. to my dismay, I like burger kings flame broiled goodness, a ripe tomato, crisp lettuce and the appearance of a sandwich that doesn't look like it was carried in the back pocket of someone who sits down alot. I have yet to find this elusive morsel of deliciousness, and seriously doubt the location on Fowler in Thonotosassa FL will ever be able to provide it .

I ordered the #9 LARGE and got onion rings instead of fries. I opened my chicken sandwich because I didn't see the lettuce, and glad I did, because it's brown and from me having experience in the restaurant business, brown on lettuce, can make you very sick! I also found a fry in my order of onion rings!!! I feel disgusted by this. this isn't the first time I had ordered from here and something wasn't right! I would have rather eaten ramen noodles then this! I am grateful that I was able to buy something to eat, but this is just NOT RIGHT! These workers need to think of it as either them having to eat the food they serve, or someone in their family. I don't even want my 5 year old eating here anymore.

The manager Karida took our order she was the most disrespectful person I’ve ran into trying to eat fast food in quite a while and has horrible manners she kept saying “huh huh huh “ to us And I simply asked for mayo and she got snotty with my mother saying “ well I just told her *points at me* we don’t have any “ and there was no ice in the soda machine and she rolls her eyes and walks away and fixes it and walks away from us again like it was a huge problem and she’s one of the freaking managers like come on ..there’s no way I’d ever let her work in my company I work for our customer service would drop like a rock!

We ordered a kids meal, 2 bacon king meals and the crispy chicken sandwich. The sweet tea was actually unsweetened, fry container wasn't filled and the chicken sandwich was tiny. This location is becoming very difficult to come to. They are understaffed and missing lots of items.
