Arby's - Thomson

I would have given this place five stars, but someone mistakenly put spicy pepper sauce in the Arby’s sauce container, and now my mouth is burning. The food itself is really good, and I’m not allergic to spicy pepper sauce, but I hope they address this mix-up, as it could have led to a really serious situation.

I ordered the Greek gyro with extra tzatziki sauce on the side, but instead, they gave me ranch dressing. I poured it on my gyro and took a huge bite… and, unfortunately, it was a disaster. I really think it would have been delicious if there hadn't been that sauce mix-up. However, the curly fries were fantastic!

The food was good, but the service could use some improvement. They didn’t provide any sauce for the fries. However, overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Service was good, there was no long waiting period between ordering and reception of our meals. the food was fresh and the cash register was polite and pleasant.

My grandfather would always call your bark and cheddar in his last years on this earth a hot dog, so since then I have always worn his tradition. these are the best hot dogs I ever had
