Marco's Pizza - Thomasville

Was on my way home and going to get pizza for my family. Called and I was put on hold for 14 minutes. I literally drove there and went inside and had to wait at the counter then I said I'm still on hold and the young lady didn't believe me and went to pick up the phone and I said, it's me and hung up my phone. Needless to say, I didn't order anything. Hopefully, just a bad night but reading other reviews, they obviously don't like picking up the phone.

Ordered calzones….. 1 Deluxe and 3 meat lovers!! Best Calzones ever!! Only 2 girls working thru a huge rush, they both did an amazing job!! Food was fresh and delicious and cleanest Marcos I’ve been too!! Heather and Amaria yall are awesome!!

First time here. Called in order at 5:30, told to pick up at 6:00. Arrived at 6pm, had to wait 45 minutes. Place was packed! In their defense they were extremely short staffed...and it was a Friday afternoon. Manager called a guy in and he showed up in 10 minutes. You could see the team in the kitchen working as fast as possible to get orders handled. Pizza was definitely worth the wait. Fresh, hot and delicious!! Will be back!!The staff was very apologetic over the wait. I commend these people for showing up and working hard.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie pizza....looks good!!

The pizza is delicious and reasonably priced (make sure to use a coupon). I also enjoyed the salad, but the boneless wings were not that impressive.

I visited the restaurant on Friday and ended up waiting for an hour, only to be told for the third time that my order had been messed up again and that my pizza had never been made. The clerk at the register then tried to offer me a veggie pizza that they had mistakenly prepared, despite my having seen them open and close it multiple times. When I refused it, a person I assumed was the manager remarked, "At least it’s free." I guess I was expected to be grateful for their error. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. The customer service was poor, and the overall atmosphere was disorganized, not just for me but for other customers waiting as well.
