This place is 100% better than 6 months ago. My whole food was fresh. I recommend to everyone another attempt

No one's right. They were all on their phones. 1 person works. always slow supoosed to be fast food. real workers not the suffering of a people that is in now.

I was visiting the area and decided to stop by this restaurant to grab a meal for my workers. Since there was no one else in the parking lot, my wait time in the drive-thru was minimal, and the staff was friendly. I ordered a 12-piece family box with three sides. However, I was told they were out of plates, my mashed potatoes didn't have any gravy, the chicken was lukewarm and overly greasy, and I wasn't provided with any napkins or utensils. I find it hard to understand how a business can be so inattentive to its only customer. After having to gather my own items like napkins for the greasy chicken and spoons for the gravy-less mashed potatoes, I did manage to receive some cups I requested for the half-gallon of tea, but I won’t be coming back here again.

The service at this location has been steadily declining long before having trouble finding people to work. It has been a couple months since I've been hoping things had improved no luck. We had to repeat not only the sandwiches, which were all the same, but the drink order as well. Something needs to be done so improvements can be made or they will loose business.

The food is great, properly cooked and hot. The only reason for 4 stars is that it took 10 minutes longer than they said for board pickup.
