It's Just Wings - Thomaston

However, after 50 minutes, I still hadn’t received my order. I noticed several customers going inside and engaging in what seemed to be heated discussions with the cashier. About five minutes later, a customer came to my car and told me that if I wanted my food, I should go inside because nobody was coming out. Once inside, I was told that my order hadn’t been prepared because they ran out of bone-in wings—after an entire hour of waiting. Not once did anyone inform me about this shortage. I received no explanation beyond that they simply had no bone-in wings. When I requested a refund, I was told that since the order was placed through DoorDash, I would need to go through them for a refund. I tried to explain that while ordering through DoorDash, the app displayed Chili's, but that fell on deaf ears. This back-and-forth continued for the next hour and a half, as I was determined to get back my $38.95. Eventually, I had to contact DoorDash myself and get them to speak with the manager before they would even consider refunding me. It turns out that DoorDash doesn’t deliver for this location, and apparently, the staff there was unaware of who does. After much discussion, I was finally told that my money would be credited back to my card, but there was no apology, no offer of a drink, or any semblance of concern—just lies and a poor attitude. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This level of treatment was unprecedented for me, especially having worked in customer service for over 30 years without ever treating a customer this badly. I finally left the restaurant about ten minutes before they closed, all for some wings that I never got. What a frustrating experience!

I ordered the 8 bone-in wings with curly fries and a side of ranch for $9, which felt a bit pricey. However, when I got home, I found I only received the wings—no fries or ranch dressing. The wings themselves were tasty, but I wouldn't say they're the best in Thomaston.

For anyone who is like me and doesn't know already, this is part of Chili's in Thomaston. We ordered lemon, orange, and smoked. The only ones that had any flavor were the lemon. The other two absolutely tasted like plain fried wings. We also ordered the fried oreos- they were WAY over-cooked and were so greasy we didn't even eat them. the local carnival makes better fried oreos. We will not be ordering from here again. We thought we were getting Just Wings across from Burger King in Thomaston- would have been much better off ordering from them!!

The food is absolutely amazing! I've just ordered more because it's totally worth the price!

I should've have looked closer at the reviews. Like others, I thought I was ordering from Just Wings across from Burger King. If I'd known this was part of Chili's, I would have never ordered from here. The wings were tough, fries were cold and didn't receive the correct flavor either. Do not order from here!
