Chili's Grill - Thomaston

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I wish I could remember our server's name because she was truly wonderful! As a parent herself, she was very patient and funny with our kids while they were ordering. She treated another family with children at a nearby table just as kindly. Our food was delicious and exactly what we were hoping for. My husband and daughter are still raving about the best burger they've ever had! We traveled there to grocery shop at Ingle’s since it’s the closest one to us. We're already planning to return to eat at Chili's again and explore the town this time.

We celebrated a birthday with friends and family, and there were 10 of us in total. Our waitress was fantastic, and our orders were delivered perfectly. The food was excellent, and I already knew the company would be wonderful.

The food was just mediocre, and the service left much to be desired. We were a group of nine, yet when we arrived, there were only two small tables occupied (not including those at the bar). After we ordered, two smaller parties of four and three came in, and remarkably, they received their meals before we did. We also requested our checks while still eating, hoping to get back to work soon. Unfortunately, one of our group had to go to the back to find our server about ten minutes after we finished eating, only to discover she hadn’t even inputted our checks yet. Overall, this experience hasn’t left me eager to return anytime soon.

Consistently slow. They are short on staff. We waited 5 minutes for someone to greet and seat us. Table next to us had a small dog with them. Not on a leash and did not appear to be a service dog. I will not go back to this restaurant again.

We had a great experience tonight at Chili's. It was 9 of us. We ordered, got our food, ate, ordered desert and ate it and was out of there within an hour. Our waitress Becka was a awesome waitress and the cooks did a great job on our food.
