Cake Bliss - Thiruvananthapuram

We had gotten a Chocolate Truffle Cake with high expectations but were let down immediately. The cake didn't feel fresh and felt like it had been baked the day before since whole cake was soggy when we cut it and saw water inside the frosting. The whole function was ruined and we had to dump the cake. We're so sad we had to waste food. The other cake that we ordered (Red Velvet) was far better than this one.

The chocolate truffle cake didn't taste fresh and it was all soggy. We were upset that it wasn't as good as we expected.

Cake was packed in big box so we got the cake fully damaged

Nice,but on-top message was missing even after mentioning inside cooking instructions

Did not get a chance to edit order instructions. Called the restaurant but no one attended the call.
