We dropped by here for tea. Prompt service. Busy ambience. Located close to the railway station. Good spot for a quick meal in the city.

We had breakfast as well as lunch here. The food was good without being exceptional(except for the nellikai(amla/gooseberry) pickle it was completely bland and tasteless). Service was good. I must mention that I dropped my wallet and a staff member alerted me. Place seemed pretty busy. I think we paid something in the range of 120 130 rupees per person for a meal and about the same for breakfast items like dosai/poori etc. Note(to avoid confusion) that there is another place with a similar name called Ariya Nivaas which is a hotel which is also not far from the station.

Spoil my day. The supplier who served is barking like a dog when i ask change the coffee cup . and no one of the manager or any other responsible persons not bothered about my complaint waste hotel service in my entire life

Very very bad service.You will never be treated well. If lady waitress is coming to take orders, be cautious. Their is a lady waitress who barks at customers. And many people has got very very bad experience from her..Never expect decent behaviour from lady staff their.Especially the behavior of the waitresses are pathetic. Food quality is average. Management needs to teach their staff how to behave with customers. Was a regular customer their and has many at times seen a waitress shouting(barking like a stray dog),at customers. She behaves as if its her fathers property. Despite this kind of behaviour, she is still their and seems like the owner has some special interest, allowing her to continue,even though many have complained against her.Management should have the minimum commonsense to understand that customers are not coming their for free meals. They pay the bill you give. And that too, very high when comparing with the nearby restaurants. Totally very bad behavior of staff.Avoid going to their and having bad experience.Read all the reviews. You can see many complaints posted against that lady.
