This hotel is my 'pit stop ' when commuting to and from Trivandrum. Good choice of both Indian and continental cuisine, consistently tasty for over the last 8 years and great service to match. The big plus is the lavish parking and they now have a charging station for EV as well!

We had our timely recipe in wyte portico. the manager there met with us before we understand what we wanted for our recipe. the place was exactly as we wanted. Eating was very good. overall we were very satisfied with the service they provided.

We led my sister engagement in wyte portico and it was a good decision to go with this hotel. we were really satisfied with the service, decor, eating and overall it was a great experience. we received so many compliments for the performance of the event at a good place. so satisfied with everything they offer. it was all very well organized and efficient and seamless. super eating and absolutely the money spent. also to management and participants. parking space. clean bathroom. another thing to mention is that the event was held in a separate room and the eating was arranged in another area and that was really good because there were no food smells in the hall. for people who relate to such details, this is a good point that must be mentioned.

Beautiful environment. but very bad service in restaurant. the presentation of the food was also very bad. the service staff were not even interested in giving details about food at the order. during eating we tried to order some more items. the time was about 10.5 pm, unfortunately the employees were very busy to see tw. so sarcastically they told us that the kitchen is already closed. how does it come? if someone continues dinner, you shouldn't behave like that. it was so absurd. we have never experienced it from other hotels.
