I think it's really good that you do this type of menu in the city center, we don't find anything vegan, I'll talk about it around me:

Specialties or delicacy that are not found elsewhere in the region. A warm welcome and this even for the simple consumption of a coffee. They know how to advise you and talk about their products or service with sincere passion. That good reasons to go, return and participate in the life of our city centre.

Very good address for a nice little lunch break. Good quality products for a small balanced snack. An absolutely irreproachable welcome. It's one of my favorite Thionville canteens.
